• Managing the private academy, indoor and outdoor fields and assisting with 18 teams beginner to collegiate level. 
  

9:00- 9:15AM drive to Lake Shawnee Softball Complex  3421 SE Leisure Lane  Topeka, Kansas

9:15 –10:30 AM   New Joint Venture- City of Topeka and Shawnee County.

Kevin Stoner of Shawnee County Recreation will discuss 

•  Turf and Dirt programs- Contractors and in House Employees
  
•   Age Group- 5  year-olds to Adult Games
  
•   Daily maintenance- Weekly maintenance for turf and infields with 5 Employees
  
•   Future Renovation plans for infields and outfields for the next 5 years
  
•   Topdressing- Leveling and reshaping by Martin Lane- Midwest Laser
  

10:30 –10:45AM Drive to Bettis Sports Complex- Baseball and Soccer Synthetic complex
10:45- 12:00 PM 

Kevin Stoner of Shawnee County Recreation will discuss

• Tour and view new synthetic on baseball field, Home of Shawnee Heights High
•  Removal of 10 year old synthetic and replacement with new. 
  
• Ryan Lock  of Redexim Turf Products will discuss daily maintenance, weekly maintenance of synthetic. Yearly budget for cleaning and renovations.
